Terms of use
What you and Dunmorrow each agree to when you walk into the hall.
Last updated: 9 October 2026
Visiting dunmorrow.com binds you to these terms. If you disagree with them, the simplest course is to close the tab.
I. Age
Only people who have reached 18 may use Dunmorrow. Answering yes at the door is your statement that you are 18 or older. Anyone younger must leave.
II. What you will find here
Free social games offered for amusement, each paired with original writing about its theme and mechanics. The games look like slot machines but involve no real money in any form.
III. Play credits
Each game’s credits are invented and hold no value in money or money’s worth. They cannot be purchased, won as anything real, withdrawn, handed to another person or swapped for cash, goods or services, here or anywhere else. A reload resets them. There are no prizes of any sort.
IV. Not gambling
Dunmorrow offers no gambling. You cannot stake money or anything of value, and the hall neither takes money in nor pays it out. How a free game behaves tells you nothing about any real-money game, and the tales must never be used as rehearsal for gambling.
V. Games made by others
Each game is a demo build made by Pragmatic Play, a third-party developer, and shown on our pages in an embedded frame for free play. The games run from that developer’s servers under its own terms. Their original names, artwork, sound and trademarks belong to their owners; the tale titles and the stories around them are Dunmorrow’s. A game may be altered, behave differently or vanish without warning, and faults inside a game are beyond our reach to repair.
VI. Fair use of the site
Do not try to break, overload or tamper with the site or the games in it, do not scrape or copy it wholesale with automated tools, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose.
VII. Words and pictures
Dunmorrow’s writing, drawings and layout belong to the operator of dunmorrow.com. You are welcome to read them, link to them and quote brief passages for personal, non-commercial use, with a link back to the page. For anything beyond that, ask first.
VIII. Changes to the hall
Dunmorrow costs nothing to use, and any part of it, the choice of tales included, may be altered, suspended or withdrawn at any time.
IX. No promises of perfection
Site and games come “as is”. We write with care, yet we cannot guarantee that every page is accurate, always reachable or free from technical faults.
X. Liability
Within the limits Irish law sets, Dunmorrow is not responsible for losses arising out of your visits or your play. Your statutory rights as a consumer, and any liability the law does not permit us to exclude, remain untouched.
XI. Other websites
Links to help services and other useful sites are offered in good faith. Their content is theirs, and we have no control over it.
XII. Moderation
Keep your play light and occasional. Should free play stop being enjoyable, stop, and turn to our Play safely page for free and confidential support in Ireland.
XIII. Which law applies
Disputes about these terms go before the Irish courts and are decided under Irish law. Any mandatory protections given by the law of the country where you live still apply.
XIV. Questions
Send questions on these terms to [email protected].
